Photos of a new pair of leggings from Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie line surfaced online last week and got mixed reactions from fans. The “soft mesh open-back crotchless” leggings suits the lingerie line but shows more skin than your average gym wear leggings.
Twitter user @amberdrewstyles wrote, “I swear celebrities forget not everyone has a gym in their home, who is even supposed to wear those??!”, and on TikTok, a user by the name @sweet_thaang even defending the idea by asking “Can we normalize butt cleavage?” Let’s normalize that.”
One specific Twitter user made a point that people who are looking to shop for gym-appropriate wears, should probably not look to lingerie lines. She (@annalise_webb) wrote “These were on Savage X, it’s a lingerie shop. They’re meant for sexy-wear, not the gym “.
Rihanna shut down her clothing line Fenty Fashion House in February and since has focused on Savage X Fenty and Fenty Beauty, her beauty line and Fenty Skin, her skin care line.
