Daniel Benson popularly known as Bujutoyourears or Buju is a Nigerian musician. On 16th April, 2020, Buju signed a record deal with Spaceship records, Burnaboy’s record label. He rose to prominence after the release of his Song with Zlatan “Spiritual”.
He was born and raised in Gbagada, Lagos state. He started music and writing while he was still in junior secondary school. Later He joined the choir and started doing performances at valedictory services and released his first record in February, 2018 Catch a Vibe and he got signed to Spaceship record by Burna boy in 2020.
No. 4. Spiritual ft Zlatan. The song came about after Buju posted a video of the recording session and asked fans to help tag Zlatan for a free verse on the track. The song became a viral sensation immediately after its release. Released in 2019, the song was produced by Steph beats. The official video has 279k views on Youtube and still counting.
Fun Fact: At a time, he called himself Drizzle but later changed his stage name to Buju.
