After testing out her success with “This Ain’t Texas” which went viral on Tiktok, Beyonce finally released her latest and first-ever country album, “Cowboy Carter” and this new album has a remake of superstar legendary singer, Dolly Parton’s classic, “Jolene”. Dolly asked Beyonce for a remake and Beyonce put her spin on it, even changed some lyrics to fit her better, and this version is one to listen to for sure. This song was released on the 29th of March, 2024, serving as the 10th track off her album.
