#BoxOfficeSaturday: Toy Story 5 snatches the no. 1 spot on our charts this week (video)

The 5th sequel of Top Story enters our charts taking the no. 1 spot with over $310m in sales, knocking Disclosure Day down the charts. Here’s what you need to know:

Number One: Toy Story 5

New and most trending this week is the digital animation movie called Toy Story 5. The adventure film was released on the 19th of June 2026. Toy Story 5 was produced by Disney-Pixar. Also, it was directed by Andrew Stanton. Since the week of its release it has grossed over $310,191,258. The movie follows Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and the rest of the gang’s jobs being challenged when they come face-to-face with Lilypad, a brand-new tablet device that arrives with her own disruptive ideas about what is best for their kid, Bonnie. Casts include:

  • Tom Hanks as Woody
  • Tim Allen as Buzz lightyear
  • Joan Cusack as Jessie
  • Connor O’Brien as Smarty Pants

Number 2: Disclosure Day

Dropping slightly, is the thriller/suspense movie called Disclosure Day. The film, a science fiction, was released on the 10th of June 2026. Disclosure Day was produced by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment. Also, it was directed by Steven Spielberg. Since the week of its release it has grossed over$160,858,640. Casts include:

  • Emily Blunt as Matgaret Fairchild
  • Josh O’Connor as Dr. Daniel Kellner
  • Colin Firth as Noah Scanlon
  • Eve Hewson as Jane Blankenship

Number Three: Obsession

Taking one step down the list is the supernatural horror movie called Obsession. The live action film was released on the 15th of May 2026. Obsession was produced by  Blumhouse Productions, Capstone Studios and Tea Shop Productions. Also, it was directed by Curry Barker. Since the week of its release it has grossed over$332,062,825. Casts include:

  • Micheal Johnston as Bear
  • Inde Navarrette as Nikki
  • Cooper Tomlinson as Ian

Number Four: Backrooms

Maintaining its position on number four is the horror movie called Backrooms. The film, based on Web series, was released on the 29th of May 2026. Backrooms was produced by A24 and directed by 20 year old Kane Parsons. Since the week of its release it has grossed over $262,595,784. Some of its casts include:

  • Chiwetal Ejiofor as Clark
  • Renate Reinsve as Mary
  • Mark Duplass as Phil
  • Finn Bennette as Bob
