Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook issued a statement Thursday indefinitely extending a block placed on outgoing US President’s Donald Trump’s account until the peaceful transition of power is complete.

Twitter followed suit with permanently suspending President Donald Trump’s personal account @realdonaldtrump on Friday, due to “the risk of further incitement of violence”.
