What does Money mean to you? Some people would say money solves all problems. Some would say with money, they can acquire all things the lovely things they want in life. The Bible says Money answers all things and the love of money is the root to all evil.

Afro Urban Records act, Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known by his stage name Adekunle Gold came through with another hit for the end of the year and he titled it “Money”. This song is definitely not a song about how many bottles Adekunle pops in the club or how many cars he’s gotten since his rise to fame; it’s actually a thoughtful prayer for success. “Money” is the third single and video off Adekunle’s highly anticipated sophomore album, About 30.

Making Money in the Music Industry has become so flexible in my opinion considering how the growth of the industry in recent years. In the past, the formula for success for every band, even pedestrian ones, was pretty simple: release an album, play it on the radio over and over again, sell millions of copies and then stage a tour,

Now a lot has changed. Download services and online streaming sites allow people to listen to whatever song they want virtually whenever and wherever they want. Anyone with a smart phone has access to download free music sometimes

Some may say passion for music made them quit a previous career but I honestly feel the number one struggle of nearly everyone in the music industry is money. Guys, let’s appreciate the efforts of the artists. Show love and buy full albums online. Not from Alaba please.
