After two long years of court battle between Runtown and his former label, Eric Many, the singer has emerged victorious.

This means that Eric Many has been prohibited from interfering with Runtown’s music career.

The verdict was given by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Friday, January 23, 2019.

According to the reports, the judgement restrains Eric Many from interfering in the affairs concerning the singer’s music career.

The judgement which was handed down by Justice O.A Musa, ordered that the restraining order placed on Runtown which stopped him from performing, be suspended with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, Eric Many was restrained from enforcing any of the suspended restraining orders given by the court.

You might recall that Eric Many dragged Runtown to court after he revealed his intentions to end his contract with the label amidst death threats and many other ugly incidences.

Thankfully, the two year long bitter battle comes to an end, leaving Runtown free to do as he pleases with his music career.
