Water; apart from being essential for survival, it is equally important for removal of unwanted toxins which occupy a huge space in your body. Water removes impurities. Water helps in weight loss. You can add some cucumber or lemon wedges and mint leaves in order to prepare some detox water as this will make it healthier. Can you please allow your gut to rest for at least 8 hours, go vegan for a day and have a chance to recharge just to make you feel light and healthier? Fasting for a day at least and replace your regular meals with fresh fruits and vegetables. When you do this, you give your body a chance to rest and your body has time to recuperate and rejuvenate. You come back the next day from this with natural energy and a more effective digestive system. You will be surprised at how much natural energy you feel and how much better you feel afterwards. 

 

Exercise

Some cannot exercise due to pains that come with it even though exercise is the culture of a healthy body. Take one hour every day to exercise specifically for detoxifying or cleansing.

Consumption of highly fried, processed, canned and packaged foods. Excessive oil, salt and sugar as toxins lead to various health. Eaten fresh and clean will help your system detoxify naturally.

It’s rewarding. I would say it is idea to detoxify/ cleanse your body naturally at least once a year if you cannot do that every month as I said earlier but I really do not think this is necessary for nursing mothers, children, and patients with chronic degenerative diseases, cancer or tuberculosis.
