American rapper Gucci Mane got married to Keyshia Ka’Oir recently in a lavish wedding that cost $1.7 million dollars and she looked it. Anyway, a picture was taken of her when she was seen after the wedding and I had my mouth open when I saw the picture. This lady had a waist so tiny that I could only liken it to some model in the news a while back who had undergone several surgeries, and was still not done, trying to achieve the look of a real life Barbie which Keyshia definitely looked like to me in the picture where her hair was blonde. I went through so many scenarios in my mind and the only one that seemed to agree with the size of that waist I saw was that she must have removed a rib or two to achieve a waist that small at 38 years old.
This brought me to further shock as I began to wonder why anyone would want to do that to themselves. It made absolutely no sense whatsoever to me. Was this for the purpose of attracting male attention? And if so, really? I’d very much rather not be looked at by any male on earth than take out my rib. But again, that’s just me.
Maybe Keyshia didn’t, maybe she did but apparently rib removal, which was initially a strictly medical procedure, has sort of become a normal cosmetic procedure now as people just do it i. e take out their lower ribs; precisely the 11th and 12th rib, to make their waists slimmer and smaller. Model, Pixee Fox, the model I mentioned above has had six ribs removed in her bid to hold the record for the slimmest waist in the world. This procedure is very dangerous and even board certified plastic surgeons do not perform except for medical reasons.
My people, I get that being and feeling beautiful helps with boosting confidence but this is too extreme. When there are exercises and diets, even slimming pills and teas, worst case are available to achieve the same goal. Let’s be careful about these things and more considerate of our overall body health. Figure eight is not by force o.
