Chinsea Linda Lee (born 1 October 1996), known professionally as Shenseea (/Jen, si:e/), is a Jamaican recording artist. Shenseea was born in Jamaica to a Jamaican mother and a Korean-born father, from whom she is estranged. She graduated from Mona High School and attended Exed Community College, majoring in Entertainment Management before dropping out due to financial difficulties. Shenseea originally wanted to be a Pop singer, growing up listening to Pop, R&B, and Soul.
