Chelsea are ready to hand Eden Hazard a five-year contract worth £300,000 ($385K) a week, but remains hesitant to sign a new deal, according to the Sun.
Hazard wants to win the ChampionsLeague – something that can’t happen with the Blues this year as they missed out on the PremierLeague top four.
Should the club miss out again on next season’s Champions League, Hazard would demand an exit.
