Police have arrested 31-year-old Emma Dietrich and 27-year-old Joshua Tennant after the footage was brought to their attention

Two daycare workers have been arrested and charged after one of them was filmed dangling a child by their leg.
Detectives viewed a video recorded at the Worthington Learning Centre in Ohio, according to the Columbus Division of Police Facebook page.
The video shows two members of staff at the Worthington Learning Centre, 31-year-old Emma Dietrich and 27-year-old Joshua Tennant, sitting at a table in a classroom.
One of Dietrich’s older students is then seen bringing the five-year-old female victim into the classroom.
The video has not been released by police, however, they allege the older students were “grabbing, pulling, dragging, swinging, and just ‘bullying’ the victim” in the video.

“At one point the victim attempts to get away from the other students and they continue to ‘bully’ her by grabbing her and holding her down,” the police Facebook post says.
While all this was happening, Dietrich and Tennant allegedly continue to sit at the table and watch without making an attempt to intervene.
At one point in the video, Tennant allegedly walks over and grabs the female victim by her right ankle, then grabs her left leg and carries her to a rug while she was still upside down.

Police said Worthington Learning Centre have been “cooperative” with the ongoing investigation.
