Tatum Rosner McRae (born July 1, 2003) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, dancer and actress. She is born to a Canadian father of Scottish descent and mother of German descent. At the age of thirteen, she gained prominence as the first Canadian finalist on the American reality TV show So You Think You Can Dance.

Four: One Day

One day is the first ever song of Tate McRae which she wrote at the age of 14 on her YouTube channel. This video attracted over 39M views prompting her to self-release the song as an independent single. The song was eventually certified gold in Canada, making it the first certification of her career. This particular song caught the attention of 11 Record Labels and she eventually signed with RCA Records, in August 2019. “One Day” (2017) went viral on YouTube and TikTok, subsequently releasing her debut EP, All the Things I Never Said (2020).

Amassing over 19M views on its official music video on YouTube and over 357M streams on Spotify and of course being a viral hit on tiktok, the song “That way” was released on the 24th of January, 2020 from her debut EP All the Things I Never said (2020) released through RCA Records. It was produced by Nick Monson with the song written by Nick Monson, Tate McRae and Skyler Stonestreet. The song charted in the UK and Ireland, and was certified Platinum in the US, Gold in Australia, Canada, and Denmark and Silver in the UK.

With over 18M views on it’s official music video on YouTube, over 183M streams on Spotify and becoming a raving viral hit on Tiktok, “Greedy” is a song by Tate McRae which was released on the 15th of September, 2023 through RCA Records. The song became her biggest debut to date on Spotify, and her first top 10 on the Global Spotify Charts. The song peaked at number one in Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands and Norway, while entering the top ten in Austria, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
