Barcelona announced this morning that Denis Suarez is out of their squad for their Copa del Rey first-leg clash at Sevilla.
Denis was due to be part of the plane trip to Seville today, but his place was canceled last night.
Barca insist the reason was new signing Kevin-Prince Boateng, who could now make his debut against Sevilla.
However, Denis’ absence also points to the midfielder’s move to Arsenal now being in it’s final stretch.
The midfielder is set to join the Gunners on-loan to June with a permanent option.
