Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook issued a statement Thursday indefinitely extending a block placed on outgoing US President’s Donald Trump’s account until the peaceful transition of power is complete.
Twitter followed suit with permanently suspending President Donald Trump’s personal account @realdonaldtrump on Friday, due to “the risk of further incitement of violence”.
Other social media sites such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, YouTube and a host of others have joined the list of platforms that have either restricted or suspended President Donald Trump’s account.
