The Lagos State Governor, Mr BabaJide Sanwo-Olu yesterday announced in a Press Statement and shared via a series of tweets the proposed resumption of Mosques, Churches, Social Clubs and Recreational starting August 7.
This is due to the recent drop in Covid-19 infection numbers in the state. See statement
I am happy to announce the progress we are making in our fight against #COVID19 and the current decline in cases.
In view of this, we have taken the decision to reopen places of worship from August 7 for Muslims, and August 9, for Christians with 50% of their regular capacity. pic.twitter.com/dm63RSlV32
