R. Kelly to start writing music to avoid ‘mental breakdown’

Embattled  R&B singer, R. Kelly, has reportedly headed back to the studio to continue making music in order to avoid ‘mental breakdown’ over sexual abuse allegations.

 

According to TMZ, Kelly is focusing on producing new music as he believes the writing process is a form of therapy and will help distraction him from his mounting legal battles.

The singer is facing 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse in Chicago, new sexual conduct allegations in Detroit and multiple federal investigations

Details of the artist’s alleged long history of sexual, physical, and mental abuse of young women and girls were exposed in the Lifetime docu-series, “Surviving R. Kelly.”
