Following the promise by the federal government to repatriate Nigerians in Libya back home, over 300 people made their way back to the country on Wednesday, 13 December, 2017.
Out of this number, about 222 were Edo state indigenes and they were all received at the Motel Benin Plaza in Benin City by the state’s ministry of Justice as well as the Task Force on Human Trafficking.
