Manchester United made the trip to Catalonia on Monday morning so they have a day to prepare before their clash on Tuesday evening.
The first leg saw Barcelona take a 1-0 lead thanks to a Luke Shaw own goal.
But United will be boosted by the fact they have multiple players returning to the fold for the second leg.
Alexis Sanchez will return to possibly feature against his old side following a spell on the sidelines with knee ligament damage.
Ashley Young missed United’s win over West Ham at the weekend with suspension but will return on Tuesday.
Nemanja Matic has also made the squad and is expected to feature at the Nou Camp in some capacity.
“Nemanja will travel with us definitely,” Solskjaer said.
Luke Shaw has travelled with the squad but is unable to participate because he is suspended after picking up a yellow card in the first leg.
Meanwhile, Ander Herrera is expected to be out for a small period, according to Solskjaer.
“Ander won’t, he is out for a little while,” the Norwegian added.
Surprisingly, though, the squad doesn’t feature any of United’s younger players such as Tahith Chong, Mason Greenwood, James Garner and Angel Gomes.
Chong and Greenwood both came on for United’s famous last-16 win over Paris-Saint Germain in the last round and will be disappointed to have missed out.
Greenwood also came off the bench against West Ham on Saturday in the 2-1 win over West Ham.
