A young Nigerian lady has taken out time to appreciate the wonders of the lord in her life, following her graduation from the university, after initially dropping out several months ago.

The lady identified as Priscilla Deus, narrated her touching story on popular photo sharing app, Instagram, and also shared a series of photos from her convocation ceremony.

Priscilla recounted how she had doubted her chances of ever earning a university degree after she dropped out from Igbenidion University, after three years of studying.

She said her decision to drop out negatively affected her life, and even drove her into depression, seeing that she could not share her burden with her mum who was down with cancer.

Priscilla said she could not share her plight with her dad as well because he was spending a lot on her mother’s chemotherapy.

Unfortunately, after a year of battling the disease, her mother passed on and left her with a little sister to cater for. According to Prisicilla, the severity of the burden drove her deeper into depression and substance abuse.

However, the light in the tunnel came on after she resumed at the Benson Idahosa University, and had an encounter with God.

She said her life started to take a turn for better as well as her academic performance .
