The Kardashian sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are set to receive the whopping sum of $10 million after winning a cosmetic related lawsuit.
TMZ reports that the trio who have been locked in a legal battle with Hillair Capital Management which sued them in 2016, has emerged the winners of the case.
According to the reports, Hilliar Capital accused the sisters of failing to keep up their end of a licensing deal which saw the company invest $10 million into a “Kardashian Beauty” line with Haven.
However, the Kardashian’s denied the claims, saying that they were not a part of “Kardashian Beauty.”
The case reportedly ended in an arbitration.
The documents as obtained by TMZ, revealed that Hillair’s assertions were rejected by a three-judge panel which went on to order the company to pay the sum of $7.4 million and an additional $3.2 million in interest on the heels of their loss.
The sisters have reportedly begun the process of getting the $10 million award money by filing the arbitration decision in a L.A. Superior Court.
However, it is believed that Hillair might be challenging the decision in court.
