Ramon Vega, the former Tottenham Hotspur player turned financier, wants to stand against Gianni Infantino in June’s Fifa presidential election.
Vega will need the backing of five national associations in order to be a valid candidate. Deadline is Tuesday, 5 February. No indication he has any so far.
