Celine Dion has finally found a buyer for her resort-like, waterfront home in Jupiter Island, Florida, after waiting four years and cutting the price nearly in half.
The home has gone into contract and is expected to sell, co-listing agent Joseph Montanaro of Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec confirmed on Thursday. The South Florida estate—replete with several large pools, a lazy river and waterslides—is listed today for $38.5 million, down 47% from its price four years ago.

The French-Canadian pop star first put the lavish seaside home she built with her husband-manager, René Angélil, who died of throat cancer last year, on the market in 2013 for $72 million. But she struggled to sell the quirky dream home, which looks like nothing else on the block—or anywhere else for that matter.
The back porch leads directly into a pool that’s larger than most people’s backyards. Beyond that is a winding lazy river that encircles a children’s playground including two waterslides connected by a rope suspension bridge.
There are five pavilions and two guest houses stationed around the winding expansive pool, according to the listing. The fun continues inside, where the family built an arcade, including table hockey, billiards, numerous race-car arcade games plus Skee-Ball and pinball machines.
For slightly more sophisticated fun, there’s also a third pool at the front of the house with loungers and scenic ocean views, a theater room, gym, tennis courts and a chef’s kitchen with top appliances, according to the listing.
In total, the 10,000-square-foot estate has 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
These days, Ms. Dion is a staple act at the Colosseum in Las Vegas, where her family lives full time. Her ongoing gig there “has meant that the property is currently underutilized,” representatives for Ms. Dion previously told Mansion Global via Sotheby’s.
Mr. Montanaro is listing the home with Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty Palm Beach.
