Oakley Neil H.T Caesar-Su (born 4 June 1998), known professionally as Central Cee, is a British rapper from Shepherd’s Bush, London. He was born to an Irish Mother and a Guyanese and Chinese-Mongolian father. At the age of Seven, his parents separated and he bag an living with his mother and his two brothers in Shepherd’s Bush.

With over 80M views on its official music video on YouTube, “Day in the life” was released on the 15th of June, 2020 from his first ever mixtape called “Wild West”. This was the song that brought Central Cee to prominence in the music industry.

It was released on 1 June 2023 through Neighbourhood and Live Yours, and included on the collaborative and fifth overall EP Split Decision, released four days later. It debuted at number one in the UK Singles Chart, becoming Central acre’s number-one single. The single also became the longest-running number-one rap song in the UK, holding the position for 10 weeks. It also topped the charts in Australia, Ireland, Luxembourg, New Zealand and Switzerland. “On the Radar” was a freestyle with Drake On the Radar Radio which was released on the 21st of July, 2023. The song which was meant to be a regular freestyle garnered over 12M views on YouTube and went on to debut at the number 80 spot on Billboard Hot 100 becoming Central acre’s first song to reach the chart.
