Looking back over your health progress in the last 365 days, what did you enjoy? What didn’t work for you? Sure, you are ready to keep it going as a daily habit if you can this 2018. You could stick to a healthy lifestyle by creating a routine and assessing and adapting your goals and tactics along the way just as working out has become a trend this past year and even way before even though someone like me still sulk at it.
A parasite is organism that lives off its host. This is parasites feeds off your nutrition. I mean when you eat food, that nutrition will feed you partially and also partially feed the parasites living in your intestines. Many organisms live on and in the human body. Worms that can cause obstructions in the intestine include: Roundworms, Tapeworms. Hook worms. Tapeworms, for instance, which range in length from 1/250 of an inch (.0063 cm) to an incredible 50 feet (15.23 meters) come into the body via contaminated food absorbs nutrients directly across their skin (cuticle). Tapeworms embed their heads into the intestinal wall and remain there. From there, certain types of tapeworms can produce eggs that migrate to other parts of the body. A tapeworm looks like a long, white ribbon. They can grow up to 50 feet long and live in a human for up to 30 years.
Tapeworms have no digestive tract so they must eat food already digested by another animal. They also reproduce inside us. That is precisely what they do as a parasite inside our intestines. They drain your energy, weaken your nervous system, your digestive system and can travel to any area of your body including the brain believe it or not. A tapeworm can settle in the brain, eye, liver, and elsewhere. Although there are many species of tapeworms, not all can infest humans.
Intestinal parasites are one of the worst parasite in your body. They can easily survive and thrive indefinitely inside us. Human tapeworms can live for years in the (small) intestine. Why did I say human is because some tapeworms live in both animals and humans. Some tapeworms have such a complex life that they are required to live first in an herbivore (such as a cow) and then in a carnivore (such as a human). This is why you should cook your meat well and handle your food properly. Tapeworms are simple in design, but ruthless in action and can be avoided when you follow these tips and more healthy ones. This is why parents conclude to giving their wards deworming drugs sometimes. But not only children need to deworm most of the times. Adults should not ignore deworming too. Before you even deworm at all you need to observe these are signs to know you’ve got parasites in your system.
Itching Skin: If your skin itches and it feels like it’s an internal itch (coming from the inside) this could mean that you have parasites, especially in that area of the body if the itching continues in that area. The area near your groin and stomach are the most common places to have skin that itches internally because this is where most parasites consume nutrition and lay eggs. Skin irritations, rashes or nodules are often an effect of parasites as well.
Digestive Disorders: This could mean a variety of digestive disorders. IBS, Diarrhea, gas, bloating or just irregular digestion in general could be a sign. Remember that parasites feed off the nutrition in your gut so there will be a lot of movement and ‘confusion’ in your gut if you have parasites.
Irregular Sleep Patterns: If your sleep patterns are off this may be a cause of parasites or a parasitic infection. Parasites are awake at night when you’re asleep and they disrupt important sleep hormones. Your stomach may become more active with gas or bloating right around the time you go to sleep including weakness, fatigue, as well as memory fog.
There two ways you can deworm: with medication which is more like taking unverified natural supplements or doing it naturally (verified natural remedies) such as Eating the papaya seeds, increasing your intake of pineapple, mixing a banana and lemon juice, taking one to two tablespoons of castor oil a day or even trying different herbs and extracts, eating Garlic, eating pumpkin seeds etc.
Benefits of deworming include eliminating gastrointestinal parasites found in the small and large intestines, colon and the stomach of adults and children are more likely to continue attending school regularly and become highly productive as they grow up.
Avoid sugar and white bread.
The more you feed parasites with sugar and carbohydrates the worse you will feel. Parasites feed first and foremost of quick energy which comes in the form of sugar and carbohydrates that break down into sugar. These feed parasites, sustain their growth and allow them to reproduce in your body. Avoiding sugar from all sources including fruit is a good way to starve them. I recommend a diet rich in vegetables, beans and quinoa. These help to create a healthy intestinal environment for you.
Do a colon cleanse. Cleansing your colon (both your large and small intestine) is beneficial to flush the worms out. This is very important to help flush the worms out but you need to still make sure to follow the above diet advice because you need to keep your body in a state where the eggs and other worms not in your Colon cannot thrive and begin to die off
Drink more water. staying hydrated and eating hot foods to get them out of your body the better you will feel. Your colon can become dry and dehydrated and when this happens it’s more difficult to flush parasites out. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of cucumbers which are hydrating for your Colon.
Avoid raw fish and meat thoroughly cook meat to temperatures of at least 145°F (62.8°C) for whole cuts of meat and 160°F (71°C) for ground meat and poultry. let cooked meat rest for three minutes before carving or consuming. Freeze fish or meat to –4°F (–20°C) for at least 24 hours wash, peel, or cook all raw fruits and vegetables. Wash or reheat any food that falls on the floor.
If you are suffering from stomach worms, then strictly avoid all fatty foods like oil, butter and cream.
Conclusion
Being free of parasites can take a lot of work, they can lay eggs and really drain your energy and make you feel like crap. A lot of health conditions can be mistakenly something else when really, it’s a parasite. Prevent health issues by deworming at least once in two or three months.
