The originator of the In My Feeling dance challenge, Shiggy has revealed that the challenge was not about getting out of a moving vehicle.
Shiggy, had posted a video clip of himself dancing on the street to the Drake song, In My Feelings, on Instagram, reports New Straits Times.
Lots of social media users have followed suit, sharing videos of themselves doing the dance, but with an added slowly-moving car twist.
There have been reports of dancers getting hurt as a result of doing the challenge, leading some countries like Spain, Egypt to ban the dance and others like Malaysia strongly warning their citizens to avoid doing the dance, as it was a dangerous activity for those attempting it and for other road users as well.
It is in light of the craze that the comedian cautioned dancers to stop getting out of moving vehicles to dance.
His post read: “#InMyFeelingsChallenge is not about getting out of a moving car!”
