His debut studio album Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps was released in 2019. He won Listener’s Choice and was nominated for Song of the Year for “Jealous” at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards

Asake, otherwise known as MR MONEY is an Afropop and Afrobeat musician from Nigeria. He was born Ahmed Ololade, in the late 1990s and brought up by Yoruba parents in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a singer and songwriter. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Department of Theatre and Performing Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State. He rose to prominence after his song “Mr Money” was released in 2020 and got signed to Olamide’s YBNL in 2022.
