Ex NDDC (Niger Delta Development Commission) acting Managing Director Joi Nunieh, in a video released today by Nigeria’s Arise TV accused her oversight minister of sexually assaulting her. She also went ahead to claim she’s the only woman to have slapped him. She said
“I am the only woman in Nigeria to have slapped Akpabio…My meetings with were either in Apo or Meridian, those are his meeting points…so I slapped him… I am accusing Akpabio of sexual harassment…He (Godswill Akpabio) wanted me to take a blood oath of secrecy in Abuja”

Last week, Dr Joi Nunieh accused Minister Godswill Akpabio of corruption. The NDDC is currently embroiled in a corruption scandal prompting the Senate oversight committee to call for a forensic audit.
