Five Iranian girls disguised themselves as men in order to get into a stadium to watch a football match on Sunday.
The five young girls wore fake wigs and beards in order to escape the scrutiny of security men at the entrance of Azadi Stadium, as women are barred from attending male football matches.
Daily Sabah reports that they wanted to watch their favourite team, Persepolis, receive their record 11th title as champions of Iran.
Earlier in March, 35 women trying to attend the Tehran Derby, Esteqlal and Persepolis were detained.
FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, who was in Iran at the time and watched the game from the stands, said he was promised by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani that there were plans to allow women to attend football matches in the country soon.
