A killer who ate the flesh of one of his victims has a new role inside – as a cook.

Graham Fisher, serving 21 years for strangling two women, rustles up chicken curries, pizzas and sponge cakes at Broadmoor, Britain’s most secure hospital.

It comes after the cannibal ballooned to 21 stone gorging on treats – and was fitted with a gastric band at a cost of £15,000.

Fisher, 46, wrote to a pal: “I love to cook… I made banoffee flavor sponge, ginger sponge and lemon sponge.

“I also like to make chicken curry. My personal easy favorite is cheese, tomato and onion on toast cooked in the oven.”

Fisher strangled neighbour Clare Letchford, 40, and ate flesh he cut from her arm in Hastings, East Sussex, in 1998.

Eight days later, 75-year-old Beryl O’Connor was found strangled at her home nearby.

Fisher was already at Broadmoor for indecently assaulting two Spanish students at knifepoint when he confessed in 2008 to killing both women.

Described by prosecutors as a sexual sadist, he is serving time at Broadmoor instead of in prison after being judged to be criminally insane.

He tells in his letter how he wants a job “helping people through trauma”, but adds: “Given my criminal record it is highly unlikely. Currently my future is uncertain.”
