Ever fancied living next door to royalty? Well this could be your chance.

A two-bed cottage next to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis is up for rent – and it could be your perfect next home.

The family’s main base is their Kensington Palace home, but they still spend a lot of time, including holidays, at their old house Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

The 10-bedroom mansion was a wedding gift from the Queen, and it was where they lived full-time after Prince George was born.

Now 20 Cherry Tree, which is just a stone’s throw away from the royal property, is on the market to rent.

The end of terrace cottage has just been refurbished and boasts a large garden and off-street parking.

However the online advert comes with a warning.

The unfurnished property has steep stairs so it might not be suitable for everyone.

It also has a strict no cats policy, however dogs may be considered on a ‘house by house basis’.

Anyone interested in moving in will have to complete an online application form if they want to be in with a chance of moving in.

People who live and work in the local area will be given priority but people new to the village will also be considered.

Kate and William lived in Norfolk between 2013 and 2017 when William was working as a pilot for the East Anglian Air Ambulance Service.

Ahead of their arrival the property was given a huge refurbishment, which reportedly cost over £1million, including a new kitchen and a conservatory.

They are said to have loved their relaxed life in Norfolk and made lots of friends in the area.

The Duchess was often seen in Waitrose doing the weekly food shop, and the couple reportedly often popped to local pubs for meals.Prince George attended the modestly-priced Westacre Montessori in King’s Lynn, near the family’s home, costing Kate and Wills £33-per-day.
