Arsenal are targeting PSG contract rebel Adrien Rabiot.
The Frenchman played under Gunners boss Unai Emery for two seasons in Paris.
Rabiot has not played for PSG since December 11 as he continues his feud with the club over a new contract.
He will become a free agent at the end of the season, with reports stating Barcelona are the frontrunners for his signature.
Arsenal will reportedly only have a small transfer budget of £40m for the summer.
