Alan Hard, the owner of Notts County Football Club, has out the club up for sale just hours after he accidentally tweeted a nude picture which shows his joystick.
Notts County is currently at the bottom of the Football League’s lowest division. They are 9 points away from escaping relegation.
Alan Hard who bought the club two years ago stated that the decision to sell it is not as a result of him mistakenly posting his nude or due to the club’s poor performance.
In a statement released, Hardy said:
“After considerable soul-searching, I no longer feel I can continue as the owner of Notts County Football Club.
“I would like to make it clear from the outset that the club’s current league position is not a factor in this decision, nor are any of the events which have unfolded in the media this weekend.”
