Barcelona superstar and legend, Lionel Messi has reportedly revealed who his greatest critic is.
According to Indian Times, 6-year-old Thiago usually tells his father how he can improve his game ahead of the next.
The Argentine admits his son questions his decision after each game and forces him to explain his decisions per time on the pitch.
“It’s always difficult to digest defeats and bad performances, but [my son] Thiago now forces me to comment on what happened and explain,” Messi told SPORT.
“He follows everything, asks questions, and gives me notes when things are not going so well. Yes, yes, I already received a couple of criticisms,” he added.
Messi has been at the top of his game for well over a decade – winning five Ballon d’Or awards and several other individuals and collective titles.
He has scored 26 goals in 24 matches for the Catalans so far this campaign despite missing some key games towards the end of 2018 owing to injury.
