You can try taking a walk, but if that is tempting take a shower because that’s when you’d carry money with you, then you’d see one chilled bottle of coke or sprite. Stay inside in fact. Just kidding. Look for why helps you to stay away from soda. Like I said, a walk or a bath or chewing gum and if it doesn’t work. So little household chores. That works like magic.

 

3. Avoid getting hungry: Hunger is a key driver of cravings, including those for soda. Ensure you don’t get hungry could help you combat soda cravings. Get fruits, yoghurts or fruit juice.
